Each Notch Sentei Pole Saw includes a Notch Sentei blade. This 15.4-inch long blade is hard chrome-plated for durability and corrosion resistance. Notch also includes a custom-fit protective scabbard to keep the blade safe and sharp. These saws also accept a Silky Ibuki or Hayauchi blade. Notch Sentei Pole Saw make quick work of low-hanging cuts. Their low weight allows for maximum maneuverability during use. The Notch Sentei curved blade has 5.5 teeth per inch for maximum cutting efficiency. Low-profile grips enhance both comfort and control during use. Once you finish the job, these saws collapse in length to only eight feet for easy storage! These saws offer maximum efficiency and reach. Their rigid ovular profile makes them incredibly durable, yet keeps their weight low. Notch covers these tools with a limited lifetime warranty. WARNING! Poles are not for use around energized lines. A Pole Saw That's "As Advertised"

This is a classic example of "Only buy a tool once." Yes, it's expensive. But for my application I needed a special tool and did not want to mess with engines, sharpening, or batteries. The treated blade combined with a 21' reach makes for an ideal combination and can tackle just about any residential job. I am very impressed with the quality of this product and would not hesitate to buy it again.

No, I do not recommend this product.
