useless interior lamp, hard to read buttons

useless interior light. Interior so dark you can't anything. Buttons are are slim and small it's hard to push them. Can't read the control panel. The child safety lock system will drive you crazy!

Decent microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's decent, but not perfect from what I'm founding out after a month or so of use. On the positive side, the microwave heats food evenly thanks to the cyclonic wave inverter technology I'm sure. The 1.6 cu. ft. size is perfect for where I set it on my counter. It looks sleek in my kitchen and goes with my black appliances. The controls are pretty easy to navigate also. However, I do have a few issues. The noise level when it’s operating is a bit louder than expected but not annoying. The touchpad can be a little finicky at times and sometimes it doesn't register a touch right away. Additionally, the cooking presets aren't always spot on, so I find myself adjusting the time sometimes. Overall, it’s a solid microwave that gets the job done.

If you’re looking for a new microwave, I honestly

It’s so powerful—1250 watts—everything heats up super quickly and, most importantly, evenly. You know how sometimes the edges are hot, but the center is still cold? That doesn’t happen at all with this one!
It’s really spacious—1.6 cubic feet—so you can heat up even a big pot or bake something large. Plus, it’s super versatile: I’ve used it to defrost, reheat, and even cook meals from scratch, and it handles everything perfectly. The build quality is impressive too—it feels solid and durable, like it’s made to last for years.

Perfect addition to my kitchen
