Haven't received my full order

I signed up for the monthly delivery of cat food to feed the feral cats around my home (TNR) and I thought signing up for the food to arrive monthly would be helpful. WRONG!!! My order came in many shipments and because of this I ended up not getting 12 cans of this product. I contacted TSC via email as suggested, only to be blown off for approximately a week. I'm annoyed I have to track down 12 cans of cat food in a system designed to make life easier. I'm going to cancel my monthly subscription for delivery and just make the hour drive each month to pick up supplies. Other than the hassle of this order, I like this food for my cats. I like the can size and the cats don't mind it either. So the food is good, just don't order big orders for the subscription.
