Originally loved it, but now not so much

I’ve used your product for the last five years and was delighted with it for the first 3 years. Lately the quality of the leakproof box is not up to the original standard. The boxes are leaking after one week of use. My wood floor is ruined because of this. I don’t know what you changed but it is no longer adequate or affordable.

I have been using this litter box for over two years and I will never go back. The price is totally worth it. I only have one cat so I only got to change it once a month. Thank you for this amazing product. Maybe you could do some deals where you can get them annually for so much or get a price offer for how many years you’ve been buying it I don’t know something.

What changed?

I have been a long time user of this litter and I am so disappointed. I am having to change the tray weekly as it’s been saturated. I have one cat and nothing has changed on my end. Sadly, I will be on the search for a different product. It’s too expensive for the quality.
