The Postyme 5-Day Blister Aid for Horses can help promote healing in horses. It contains benzalkonium chloride and is water-soluble. Use this blister aid to help treat cases of bowed tendons, bucked shins, ankles, knees and suspensories. No cradle or muzzle is needed for applying this product. This blister aid comes in an 8 oz. bottle.How it Works
This formula is a potent counter-irritant that supports healing. This water-soluble and humane product contains benzalkonium chloride.
Special Precautions
- Only use as directed.
- Only for use on non-food animals.
- Skin irritation and eye damage can occur in humans. If contact occurs, flush the skin or eyes with copious amounts of water for a minimum of 15 minutes. In case of eye irritation, seek medical attention.
- Keep away from children.
- Do not allow contact with mucous membranes or eyes.
- Immediately following use, wash your hands thoroughly using soap and water.
- Never apply to irritated skin or an open wound.
Immediately contact your closest emergency animal hospital or vet.

Active Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride, Ethylenediamine Tetrasodium Tetraacetate.
Not for oral administration. Directions for use:
1st day: apply full strength, using hands or leg brush. Work well into hair until heavy paste-like lather is formed. Do not bandage. Wash hands with soap and water immediately after use.
2nd day: Walk 15 minutes, morning and evening.
3rd, 4th, & 5th Day: Morning: Apply water, using a hose, 15 minutes, walk 30 minutes.
Evening: Apply water, using a hose, 15 minutes, walk 30 minutes
After the 5th day, horse may swim, be turbulated, or returned to light training, at trainers discretion.
Apply one time only using approximately 1 oz. per leg. Do not clip hair, use on dry clean legs only.
