Purina Farm to Flock Block is a high-protein block with goodies like wheat, barley, milo, sunflower seed, oyster shell and black soldier fly larvaeprotein as nature intended. It provides enrichment no matter the season. In the summer, place the Farm to Flock Block outside to encourage natural pecking behavior. In colder weather, the block supplement can be a useful boredom buster, giving birds a place to peckkeeping the flock occupied and less likely to peck one another while in the coop. It is also a great treat option, especially during molt when birds need additional protein. To maximize the block's lifespan, place something underneath the block to avoid direct contact with the ground to prevent moisture buildup. Designed to supplement the diet of laying chickens and turkeys, it is not intended to be the sole ration and should be fed along with a complete and balanced Purina poultry diet.

Purina Farm to Flock Block Treats are designed to supplement the diet of laying chickens and turkeys. This is not intended to be the sole ration. Feed along with a complete and balanced Purina Poultry diet. a year ago- A: It could also be aggression from the hens. Roosters aren't the only birds that will pick on other chickens. The hens can do just as much damage to each other. Watch the birds and see if they are picking at each other. If they are, then you need to identify what is stressing them and causing them to be overly aggressive. Could be crowding, could be too much light in the evening, could be a predator that is harassing them, could be a change in their routine, could be any number of things. Do they have plenty of feed and water? Is there enough room for all of the birds to eat and drink at the same time? Are they being fed too many scraps/treats and are not getting enough nutrition? Are they too hot? Could be an illness. The list really goes on. Find the stress and try to reduce it. You can provide distractions for them to pick at to try and help.
