Q: I have full grown birds and 10 week old chicks. I am currently trying to integrate the flock, can the full grown birds eat this feed with a supplement of oyster shell offered to them as well?

You will want to do as you mentioned and offer them free choice crushed oyster shell to meet the calcium requirement. Once your younger birds begin laying, you may transition all of them back to one of our Layena products.7 years agoHelpful?
