It's junk if you use an extension cord to charge it it voids your warranty with manufacturer we bought ours December 24th drove it about 5 times around the yard with the grand kids charged it once just to keep battery fully charged drove after charging 2 more times no issues parked it in or metal barn came out to use wouldn't drive at all. Repair specialist said it's main control drive failed and just using extension cord to charge the battery won't make that component fail manufacturer voids warranty if extension cord is used and assurian extra insurance company from TCS that you pay an additional few extra hundred dollars for to cover extra Repair costs says won't cover it either. It's junk do not buyit definitely would not ever recommend.

Garbage, bought it 3 months ago and our second time using it we have an error code and it shuts down. Had to tow it. Customer Service has been terrible so far. I’d sooner just have a full refund at this point. Nothing but a complete headache so far. So disappointing.

Buyer beware!!! Owned this golf cart for less than a year and had error codes with battery drain. Contacted warranty line and was told where to bring it for service. The service center has had it for 4 weeks without looking at it ( I understand Coleman has no control over the service center). I’ve had several phone calls and emails trying to expedite with Coleman and all they can tell me is they are looking into another service center to bring it to. This means another day off from work to pick up and transport to a different shop. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that I can put in a ticket but there is no guarantee a supervisor will call back. Was also told by a representative that it is the summer and people are using their carts and a lot of people are having issues so warranty response time has been slow. 4 weeks and I’m no closer to getting this resolved than I was on day one. What a waste of $8,000

Lights are pointing so up so high that it shines in people faces had a shop to adjust right one but left wouldn’t. File a warranty claim on it they said call a shop 45 minutes away from me to have them fix it call he said he would have to have it for three to four weeks depending on the available of parts said he was over run with repair on them and getting parts was slow. The one good thing is my Tractor Supply said they would help me anyway they could if that meant bringing it back. TSC is a A plus in my book wish Racka was more like them
