The REMCO Universal Sprayer Manifold Kit is a complete kit that makes plumbing and maintenance of your sprayer simple. This sprayer manifold is engineered for durability and its chemically resistant body is perfect for use with common agricultural chemicals like herbicides, fertilizers, and insecticides. This universal sprayer manifold kit pairs perfectly with pumps sized 2.0 GPM to 5.3 GPM including REMCO 3300, 3200 and 5500 series along with many other pump brands. With universal quick attach ports this sprayer manifold is simple to adapt to any pump and creates a positive seal for all spray accessories eliminating leak points. The sprayer manifold kit comes complete with all of the necessary hardware and fittings for easy installation on to any sprayer or tank.Package Contents: 1 - Sprayer Manifold, 2 - Mounting Legs, 2 - 3/8 in. Q: Will this work on a AG SPRAYER with SHURFLOW PUMP

Q: Nice manifold. Need to add another valve for the Gun. That way there is no needless pressure on the gun when using the boom! When using the gun you could keep pressure off boom! Make a valve you can add to the Gun port!

- A: Thanks for your feedback. We will take this suggestion under advisement. In our initial design we did discuss this, but it seemed redundant since the trigger of the gun acts as its own valve and all components can handle system pressure, in fact they are designed for it. This was also pointed out that if someone were to leave that valve closed or partly closed it could cause flow restriction leading to potential pressure switch or pump issues, so we eliminated it matching the other leaders in the industry. Q: Will this fit a Remco 55AQUA JET-ARV pump?

- A: Thanks for your question, No this manifold is not meant to be used with the 55AQUAJET-ARV pump, and it will not fit properly. This manifold's intended use is on sprayer/chemical pumps which are installed on agricultural sprayers. The Aquajet pump is a fresh water only pump intended for RV's and campers. Q: Does this work with the Fatboy 7gpm pump? I purchased this manifold and it fits just fine. Have not completed my build and used it yet, but it fits in the Quick Attach port. Will this not work with the Fatboy pump?

- A: Good question, this manifold is designed for use with pumps ranging from 1.0GPM - 5.3GPM, so to answer your question this manifold was not designed to handle the high flow rate of a Fatboy pump.a year agoHelpful?

It's a nice manifold

Easy connection to my Remco 3300 series pump using the supplied short support brace. I like that it's a one piece design and eliminated one of the leak points from the original manifold. I also like that it has larger valve handles. The quick connections for the hoses were no problem on top of my 25 gallon Workhorse sprayer tank. I had to tilt the manifold up slightly to pop the hoses in, but they fit just fine, and the locks were able able to slide into the locked position without interfering with the tank. I went with four stars based on fitment alone. I haven't used it yet, and I haven't seen if it has superior UV protection to the older manifold that I would have to replace every year due to UV degradation.
Now if only Remco could improve the weather/water resistance of the 3300 series pump housing, I'd be set. That's another component I'm having to replace every year due to corrosion and seizing from water ingress past the O rings on the pump housing bolts.

Thanks for your reivew, we appreciate the feedback. Regarding the manifold fit, we supply a mounting plate allowing you to raise the pump up incase of any clearance issues. As for the pump it is sealed to IP65, making it the most weather resistance pump on the market. We do recommend avoiding chemical exposure to the outside of the pump to avoid corrosion.
