The original inserts fell apart quickly however these shoes are very well built maybe too well built as they have taken three wear cycles to become comfortable. I alternate between these and boots every couple of months.

Hard to stand on concrete

They are very comfortable & fit is just right. But I stand on concrete 8-12 hours a day. I wore them one day & my planter fitious was back after no symptoms for 8 months. For me not enough sole.
