Triple-layer rip stop tough fabric is 100% waterproof. The enhanced weave polyethylene cover is UV-treated inside and out. Patent Pending ShelterLock stabilizers ensure rock solid stability. The Easy Slide Cross Rail system locks down and squares the up frame. Bolt-together hardware is at every roof joint connection. As stated in the manual, it is strongly recommended that snow be cleared from the roof to prevent damage. I have had a Shelterlogic storage unit for 10+ years for storing 2 lawn tractors,1 lawnmower,1 rototiller,and a small trailer plus yard tools . The frame is as stated powder coated and strong. In the last few years we have had some extremely large snowstorms measured in feet and my Shelterlogic handled it all. I purchased a replacement cover as a tree limb put a hole in it in a high wind storm in the 8th year of ownership,but the doors and frame show no wear or frame rust. I took the old cover and made a floor for mine and that's works out great too. I have only 1 concern for those interested in purchasing a Shelterlogic is that if you have large trees that could drop limbs this could puncture the cover.

The doors are way too short, like 4 inch's iff the ground, so wind rain and snow can get through there

Poor fabric

Worked well for a couple years. I could tell the Sun was starting to deteriorate the fabric. Held up to many wind storms, but finally with the fabric weakened, it succumbed to a wind storm and shredded! Needs UV inhibitors, in the fabric. Jmo
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good but not for the feint of heart to assemble.

This is a pain to assemble and I'm being generous. The cover is quality but so, so, so many parts and it is not stable until everything is done and I mean everything and even then the clamps for the tie downs are a joke. I will say that the cover material is of high quality. The best best is to figure 8 hrs with at least 4 people assembling, good weather, no wind and a solid plan.

I was replacing a different brand that didn't hold up. Already have this one in my yard that I purchased years ago and it has held up! The new is housing my tractor. It is sturdy and roomy. Tractor Supply had the best price!
