Simply insert iON+ LITE into your 24-volt tool of choice and power up instantly without having to mess with gas, oil, pull-cords, or tangled extension cords! Breathe easily and confidently while working with your lithium-ion battery since rechargeable battery pack provides cleaner, emission-free air during operation. Although run-times will vary depending on the tool used and the job performed, iON+ LITE charges up for the task in just 160 minutes max. The fuel gauge indicator lights on iON+ LITE will also let you easily monitor your battery's charge capacity while it is in use. When it is time to charge, simply slide the battery into its dedicated 24VCHRG-AC or 24VCHRG-QC charger. It holds its charge well in storage and will retain up to 65% charge for six months. Horrible Battery

Got the snow joe snow shovel/thrower. Fully charged and used it Sunday. It was fine. Brought inside and charged it up for Monday. Put it on the unit and nothing. Completely dead. Thought ok maybe it wasn’t on charger correctly. Put it back on and it was fully charged. Took it off and pushed the button to check, nothing. Put it on machine, nothing. Put it back on the charger and now nothing. One use and battery is crapped out

Hate snow Joe

My battery did not last one year I used 3 time it smell like burning and small Joe does not work.

Battery Bitterness

I am going on my third year with my Snow Joe snow blower. Up until this year the batteries worked perfect, then nothing. No charge, won't charge, not a darn thing. I bought replacement batteries which where supposed to be compatible with my unit, but due to the piece of plastic in the battery compartment, the batteries won't slide down all the way, therefore, will not engage. Looking at all the replacement batteries, including the SJ brand, I have not found any with the slot that will work! yet that will work!

Junk batteries

Battery cuts out constantly, have other batteries that I have but bought extras since my snowblower is 48V. Now I have 3 good batteries and really need 4 to always have a spare set.
