Never received. No tracking updates.

Fell for the order in next 6 hours and receive in the next X days. Still have yet to receive. TSC Customer service does not know when it will be received. Last update on May 14. Now I am being asked to review the product. Clearly there is a disconnect here

I haven’t received the gate. I got an email saying it was delivered on Thursday, April 30th. I called Friday to confirm. The store hadn’t received it. When I checked the tracking number, it said it would be delivered on Monday, May 4th. It was not. My husband called and was told it was “ghost shipped” and was asked if we wanted a refund. We don’t want a refund. We would like the gate we ordered and paid for. We did receive an email to rate the product that we don’t have.
