Works great. Assembly was a little difficult as they came bent. Had to unbend them to get it to fit together. Otherwise as advertised

Beat up in shipping!

Made well but poorly shipped. Stand brackets were bent and we had to modified the stand because the tubing was bent and the holes wouldn’t line up for the bolts. Pretty upset after paying $600 for it plus shipping. Unimpressed with TSC on this one.

Cancelled after Two attempts

Two separate times I had to refuse severely damaged units. The first one was bent so much I would have been unable to put it together. The second was very beat up, had been dragged across cement, and already rusted—pieces of the metal were ripped/torn. I don’t know if this is due to these being inferior products or poor shipping/storage handling.

Poor quality

The bottom half of my hay rack completely rusted out after a couple of years, and the cradle collapsed a leg at a time with half a bale of hay still in it. I asked Tractor Supply, where I had bought my hay cradle, about replacing the bottom half, and they told me they didn't have any more and told me to contact the company that made them. I did and the woman I spoke to told me to get my local dealer to order the bottom section for me. I went back to Tractor Supply and repeated my problem. The young (very young) lady I spoke to this time who identified herself as the manager looked through her product book and couldn't find any part of this hay cradle. I finally just gave up. I have a skeleton of a hay cradle still lying in my pasture.

No, I do not recommend this product.
