Q: It says this model (21565) is in the color RED but the photo shows it is black. I have not seen this particular model number in RED except for the older model which the motor part was red on a black deck. I'd prefer the all black model.

Q: How the mowers are advertised with side discharge and for whatever reason all the toro mowers no longer have it.

The discharge chute is attached at the rear, where the bag is attached. To avoid waste and help the environment, a discharge chute does not come with your purchase (most customers prefer to recycle or bag their grass clippings). You can request a discharge chute when you register your product at www.Toro.com/register. I never thought a mower could be so incredible. It is very light, it cuts right through the thick dense grass, and it looks like it's out of a star wars movie. Who knew a mower could be so exciting.

LUCKY I DIDN'T GET HURT

Bought this mower yesterday 7/27/2021. Took out of box this afternoon. Followed quick use instructions. Went to start mower and OMG it made the loudest noise from a mower I have never heard before. Immediately let go of handle and thought great engine is toast. Checked oil again, it was full. Maybe it was just first use noise of a Toro. Went to start again and holy mother of god this thing is going back. Just my luck as I had a Cub Cadet bite the dust after 1 season. Long story there. So I tilted mower back and low and behold I found the issue. The BOLT for the blade was about to fall out!!!! How did this get missed?? What else got missed? Tomorrow I will look and see what damage was done to the blade and deck and check all other bolts for tightness. I am just glad the blade didn't come flying out!!! May change 1 star to more if mower performs well after I check to make sure its safe to operate!

I bought this mower three weeks ago and haven't stopped mowing yet. It cuts wonderfully, the mulching blade is an awesome feature. I absolutely love how it doesn't pull me around but goes with my pace. Definitely a good investment.

Great Mower

I’ve logged 8 mows so far with the super recycler. As of now, I have zero complaints. This mower does an exceptional job. The grass clippings basically disappear. The mulching capabilities are impressive. The mower is incredibly easy to maneuver. We had a whole week where it rained every day after my last fertilizer application and I was forced to mow 5” tall wet grass. It was definitively not ideal mowing conditions and I was concerned that the mower might have an underpowered engine. The super recycler handled it like a boss. No bogging, no clumping, and NO visible clippings left behind. I wish I would’ve bought this mower sooner. My only criticisms are when it’s in the vertical stow position, the pull cord hangs loose and could get snagged on something or run up against the hot engine. And the personal pace is nice on flat ground but feels underpowered on hills. Minor issues for an otherwise very nice machine.
Yes, I recommend this product.
