One helluva a residential grade mower

Great lawnmower for big yards. Ready to use out of the box with minimum set up (incl oil). Very easy pull start with no choke cranks right up. Cuts like a beast and moves like lightning if you let it--i jogged along at times, but mostly kept it to a walk. Wheel height is easy to adjust. Small drawbacks would be the bag is a little small for a cutting beast like this on a big lawn, I'd like to see it hold more, but easy emptying and re-attachment (think leaf collection). Side shoot eliminates this problem and adds mulch to your yard. Good to have a choice. Also 4 1/2" is the max cutting height and for my unique brand of "lawn and meadow", I'd like to see a 6" max on a mower.

Great mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this has been a great product. The increased deck size has taken my weekly mow job of 1/2 acre from 60 minutes to 25. The personal pace feature is great and really gets up there if you need it to.
The only thing I wish was different are the initial engine start up instructions. I had to dig through the manual more than I should have to find the oil capacity.

Time savings per yard is an honest benefit.
Cut finish is comparable with Honda's.
