The barrel, itself is a nice barrel. The only problem is that it's not a 35 gallon barrel. It is barely 20 gallons. Falsely advertised. They don't even have a 20 gallon barrel on this site that is anything close to this, so they're just guessing the capacity and dimensions.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Almost new. Still a bit of anti obesity medication in the bottom of the barrel. Repurposed from a pharmaceutical mfr. Lid was all plastic, and not metal as per website photo.

This is just what I needed for my chicken waterer. The 2 gallon buckets weren’t cutting it, so I bought one of these, installed chicken water nipples around the edges, and voilà.
