10 x 12 Veikos pergola SKU 1275 cedar, the top braces material shown in the ad is 1" x 4" material. the material supplied is 1" x 2" material. Customer service would do nothing to help. They told me I had ordered a different model even after I had sent the order confirmation and told me that the material shown in the add was 1 x 2 even after I had sent a photo of the add. I would not have purchased this pergola had the ad been accurate as the actual material looks really cheap when the pergola is assembled.
No, I do not recommend this product.
