Q: My mare has become difficult to catch. I was advised to get a breakaway halter so that I could leave it on her with a short lead until she gets back to normal. How would this one "breakaway" if she were to get caught on something?

Best Breakaway I’ve Ever Owned!

My favorite breakaway halter I’ve ever owned. Strong enough that it doesn’t break while trying to put on but just weak enough to easily break under pressure in the event of an emergency or accident. My favorite part of this halter is the replaceable strap. After it breaks, you can packs of just the leather strap to replace it so you won’t need to replace the whole halter! I’ve gone through a bunch of these halters through the years and currently own over 13. Best halter ever.
