The King of Kettle Grills

This grill is perfect. The very first cook I did was a brisket that came out spectacular. Really easy to maintain the perfect temperature for those slow cooks. Amazing.

Needs some improvements

First of all, there is no heatproof protection on the vent handle on the lid, therefore my hubby burned his finger and thumb when he went to open it. Second, the lid is hard to hook on the grill when needing to flip burgers. Especially if you are older and not strong. A hing qould work so much better.

Better for hot and fast than low and slow!??.

I have only used it a few times and mostly happy with it. Except that I wish the lid fit onto the base a little better. If its not set just right your fire will be 100*-200* higher than intended. Resulting in potentially burnt food. So I wish Weber would address that. Otherwise I think it’s a great cooker for those who want to cook “hot & fast”.
