Part couldn't be changed.

I really liked the grill while it worked but a part needed to be replaced and it was literally impossible to change out the gauge that needed replacement. Now I have to buy a new grill when this one is still in great condition except of course it doesn't work.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Grill, amazing support, and warranty

While I love my grill, I love the support and warranty from Weber even more. I’ve had somewhere in tear issues on my grill through the years and every time I’ve had an issue I’ve reached out to Weber and then given me no hassles it just taken care of the problem. It’s been fantastic.

We purchased this grill not realizing the level of quality and reliability it has. Needed a part (drip shields for the burners) and was blown away to find out we have a ten year warranty 🩷
