Awful pellets!! It’s like they have plastic in them and they melt into a huge clump in the burn pot causing the stove to shut down and not get any airflow!

These pellets are terrible. They have holes in the bags at the bottom that allows water to come in and they make my pellet stove filthy

Bought two tons. This years supply was terrible. Hod no problem with last years two tons were fantastic. High amount of sawdust and pellet pieces small. Clogging and Hugh amount on black residue and burn pot will build up solids and force shot down. This required me to sift every bag to improve but not totally resolved. I spoke to the manufacturer in Maine, sent pictures and seria numbers. He said there may have been defect with quality control inspections. Now it’s the end of the season. I picked up six bags to hold me during a cold night. Still garbage.

These pellet burn really good.
