7-Nozzle spray boom

Unit arrived in a timely manner. Packaging could have been a little more detailed as one end of box was completely open. Appears taping was not adequate.
Not all bolts to assemble boom were in the package. Had to produce some on my own. Two of the nozzle screens did not work properly. Water dripped from the nozzle when pressure was released. Supposed to not drip when pump turned off.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Missing and WRONG parts

Probably a good spray boom but I cant assemble. The parts bag (#5283253) for the boom assembly was missing one spring and instead of the 6- 5/16" -18 x2" bolts to bolt boom wings they put 6- 3/4" long bolts of a different size the nuts don't even match. Box and parts bag were fully intact. Be prepared to source your own bolts and parts to be able to assemble. Will be stopping by tractor supply to get correct bolts to be able to assemble.

The instructions isn’t the best but got on YouTube and found a video. Went together easily then. Had 3 of the nozzles not spraying so called customer service. They sent me 7 new nozzles so I can have a few spares. This boom works great now. Highly recommend.

Fimco acquired the Workhorse sprayer line back in 2024 and we heard a lot about how bad those original manuals were. So, not sure why you didn't receive an updated manual with the kit, as all Workhorse manuals were updated last year from what they used to be and have more detail and instructions than the original manuals.
