Great Gazebo - Horrible Packaging

The one rating is for the dumbest packaging I have ever seen. They cover the roof panels on a blue plastic coating. It took, three people three days to get all the plastic off. Once you get it off, it leaves a horrible residue on the roof panels that not even good off or anything else will take off. It got to be so bad that I was ready to just build my own roof for it. Absolutely ridiculous and I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

Worst experience I've ever had

I purchased a 12 x 12 gazebo. Everything was fine up until having to remove the protection coating on the metal roof. My contractor charged me 10 extra hours and he didn't finish it. I had to finish the job absolutely completely unacceptable

Shady, cozy, fun

It was a rewarding project to assemble this and integrate it into our backyard space. We now have a shady, cozy, fun, and chic hangout space that we will enjoy for years. Next year's project will be to surround it with a flower garden.

We couldn’t be happier with this gazebo. It took a bit to put together bit the finished product is awesome. We will be spending many nights out on our new patio!
