I was super excited they finally got the stainless steel 1 gallon jug back in stock . When I finally got my order I noticed that new rubber boot they put in the bottom I did like that at all especially since it wasn’t removable . For me and the work environment im in that was a immediate return for me and went elsewhere to buy the older ones that were built like a tank . I think they should have left the original design alone but I get why they put a boot on it but I would have preferred they just offer a replaceable rubber ring we can take on and off for cleaning instead of this ring permanently fused to the bottle. I definitely wouldn’t purchase a newer one again unless they change the way they ring is attached to the bottle or go back to the original design. Im very picky when it comes to my water bottles since it’s already so hard to find a raw stainless steel bottle i just wish they would have left it alone the original one was perfect in my opinion

This jug is great for having plenty of water. Really like the handle.

When I FIRST purchased this 1 gallon jug it would KEEP ice cubes for 3 to 4 solid days, Just recently I doesn’t even keep ice cubes for 1 day??? I’ve checked the simple things like making sure the cap is on tight, Is there anything else I should do differently or look for??

I absolutely love this YETI. I filled it out and it holds for about two days ice and all it’s just amazing and very easy to open which had been a problem with some of the older versions. I totally get this five stars.
